1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Stream Bridge service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Stream Bridge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

Stream Bridge provides a cloud-based video streaming and bridging platform that enables users to:

• Stream NDI and other video sources over the internet
• Create viewer links for remote viewing of streams
• Manage devices and encoding sessions
• Share video content with authorized viewers

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Username Policy

Your username will be used in custom viewer URLs. Usernames must be unique and may only contain letters, numbers, underscores, and hyphens. We reserve the right to reject or remove usernames that are offensive, misleading, or violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Distribute malware or engage in any activity that could harm our systems or networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal streaming or distribution of copyrighted content
• Stream content that violates broadcasting regulations or licensing agreements

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you stream through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Stream Bridge a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and licenses to stream any content through the Service. Stream Bridge is not responsible for any copyright infringement or licensing violations by users.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect and process the following types of data:

• Account information (email, username, company name)
• Device and session data for service operation
• Usage analytics to improve the Service
• Technical data necessary for streaming functionality

7. Service Availability and Modifications

Stream Bridge strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAM BRIDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Stream Bridge in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stream Bridge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stream Bridge regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
